Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with more than 48 hours notice will not be charged. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours will be subject to a 50% charge. If this appointment is rescheduled then management may waiver the charge. If you miss your appointment and fail to give any prior notice then you will be liable for the full cost of your appointment.
Promotional codes must be quoted when booking or during an appointment. Failure to quote the promotion code at the stated time will result in you being charged full price.
If you wish to be accompanied to your appointment you are entitled to bring a chaperone. All clients 16 and under must bring a parent or guardian along with them to every appointment.
