‘Having lived in Northern Ireland since birth, I made the decision to move to England to take up a physio role at Northampton Saints RFC.
I have a massive interest in the world of sport which is reflected in the variety of sports I have been involved with. This has given me a well-rounded repertoire of sports physiotherapy skills and knowledge
I am passionate about returning people to sports and activities that they love, whilst improving performance and reducing the chance of future injury along the way.
I pride myself on my logical approach to injury management; setting out a clear plan and structured pathway to full rehabilitation.
