Move4 are delighted to announce the arrival of Jamie Warr of EROS1, offering personal training and strength and conditioning sessions at The Milking Parlour.

Here is a bit of background about Jamie

Jamie Warr of Move4 Physiotherapy Northampton

Growing up with an ambition to play professional rugby, training and fitness was instilled in Jamie at an early age. This hard work paid off, culminating in a contract with the Senior Academy at Northampton Saints RFC. When an injury cut short his rugby career he channelled his passion for fitness, thirst for knowledge and desire to be the best in to a new career direction, personal training for health and wellbeing.

Following initial success running group bootcamps in the Northampton area Jamie was head hunted by an exclusive personal training studio in Mayfair, London where he quickly became one of the most popular trainers due to his results led and lifestyle focused approach. Taking advantage of personal development opportunities Jamie then took on the role of Director of Fitness for Wellness London, a successful corporate wellness company with a UK wide based clientele.

Using his experience and skills Jamie has now created Eros1, a bespoke training company based in the Midlands. Working with clients in a variety of backgrounds from sporting professionals to company directors, Jamie understands that with each different person comes different circumstances. Correct exercise prescription and training adherence is key to long term success, however these only come through intuitive programming that create you, this is the ethos of Eros1. Jamie’s infectious personality, passion for health, in-depth knowledge of training and holistic approaches ensures a tailor-made service that produces results.

Jamie also practices what he preaches, his personal life is filled with competing in Crossfit, playing  and coaching rugby at Towcester, investigating new approaches and taking advantage of any outdoor activity he can along with his dog Rosie, a rescue pup. Next up is the Northampton based mud run ‘Uventure Run’ which he is taking part in with a team from the University of Buckingham Medical School. And also, finishing off the rugby season uninjured...

If you are interested in a session with Jamie, then please get in touch and we can tell you more.

In the meantime....

Keep Moving
